M Britt Profiles – 2.0 Pack 1

This pack contains 125 brand new amp Rigs and 4 ready-to-play Performances that were created using the new Kemper 2.0 Profiling system available on the MK2 Kemper and Kemper Player.  These profiles can be used on any Kemper (as long as you are up to firmware 14.x or higher) but for full resolution, they sound best on the MK2 or Player.

Included in the 125 Profiles are 46 Liquid Profiles.  I purposefully kept the fx to a minimum so as not to “cover up” the sound of the new 2.0 profiling system.

This pack contains brand new profiles of some of my favorite amps that I’ve kept over years of profiling.  I try to cover a wide range of styles/tones from clean to lead tones.  Profiles of these amps are included:

-1968 Mars Plexi 50w
-1972 Mars Lead 50
-Match C30
-3P Dream Weaver Prototype
-3P Kitchen Sink
-1963 Bandmaster
-1962 JMI AC30
-Steel String Singer clone
-CTone OTS HRM
-13 CJ11
-Pro Jr.
-Z KT45
-Bog Shiva 6L6
-EVH 5150III

This pack has a serious problem… There are just too MANY huge sounding profiles. Definitely to the top of 2.0 Kemper profiles made so far.

I was overjoyed to see a Britt 2.0 pack finally come out. You had me a little worried but then I saw the number of amps and profiles, and then I bought the pack, and then…… I PLAYED IT! All I can say is wow! As a purely tube amp player and former touring artist for 30 + years ( yes I am that old) and a guy who picked up a guitar 45 years ago and never put it down, all I know is how I like an amp to feel… And these profiles feel great. Look, I know the times are changing and I’m ok with that, but if you are a Kemper player who is thinking of diving all the way into NAM and dumping your Kemper unit, just consider this. Keep your Kemper. For me, having guys like M. Britt, Tone Junkies, and Bert M. who not only have access to amps you can only dream of, but more importantly have the profiling experience, will make your gigging and populating your device way less of a hassle, and just fun. The only dog I have in this fight is this. At the moment we literally only have about 20 to 30 users contributing profiles to Rig Exchange at this point, and it will soon be less than that. I didn’t buy my Kemper to profile. I bought it BECAUSE of guys like this and unfortunately they can’t do it for free. So if I’ve changed at least one player’s mind who is close to selling their Kemper, then I’ve done my part. Thank you Michael for your hard work and keep em coming. I will keep buying! Cheers!

Just bought this pack and it’s by far my favorite Kemper’s pack! Really versatile from clean to mean. The 2.0 profiles sound much more dynamic and responsive to your pick attack. I’ll never go back to the old profiles. Really love the upgrade to the Kemper stage MK2. Kemper is still the industry standard and together with this rig pack you have the best and most realistic tones. Cheers, Niels
